Who we are

jobbler (“we”, “us”) provides an autonomous job-application service at jobbler.ai. Questions: help@jobbler.ai.

What we collect

• Account details (name, email) when you sign in or onboard.
• Resume files and profile answers (experience, skills, work authorization, voluntary disclosures).
• Job preferences (roles, industries, locations, exclusions).
• Application activity and status on your dashboard.
• If you connect Gmail: read-only access to detect application confirmation emails.
• Payment metadata via Stripe if you subscribe (we do not store full card numbers).

How we use it

• Match you to roles and submit applications on your behalf as you configured.
• Verify submissions via confirmation emails when Gmail is connected.
• Operate billing, support, and product improvements.

We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data with employers/platforms only as needed to apply, and with processors that help run the service (e.g. hosting, Stripe, Google OAuth/Gmail APIs). They may only use data to provide those services.

Retention & your choices

You can disconnect Gmail anytime from settings. To delete your account or request a data export, email help@jobbler.ai. We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal or security purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
